My name is Viacheslav Nekrasov. I have been in the business of project financing and consulting in the capital market for 20 years. I bring in investments and offer transaction services in development, agriculture and oil-and-gas industries. I closed deals to bring in debt financing to Oil&Gas and Real Estate for an overall amount of more than $2 billion. I also arranged one of the largest loan transactions in Capital market for $1.2 billion to buy oil, gas and condensate fields in West Siberia. M&A (mergers and acquisitions).

2008
— 2012

Co-Owner and CEO of Agency Plus. I arranged over 20 deals to bring in debt financing to Real Estate for an overall amount of more than $600 million. I attracted financing to construction of housing projects in Moscow suburbs. I refinanced a shopping mall and a warehouse complex.

2007
— 2008

Head of Investment Development Projects at ESN Group. I prepared development projects to bring in project financing. I worked with large banks and investment companies to finance construction projects. I interacted with engineering, consulting and legal firms and companies to prepare project evaluations.

2005

Deputy CEO, Co-Owner of Finance Consult. I managed loan procurement from banks and investment companies. I analyzed efficiency and evaluated investment projects. I searched for and attracted investors under investment programs developed.
